A: Our store sits on Guringai country in Manly, NSW at 210 Pittwater Road. We're open Monday to Saturday 9-5pm and Sundays 9-4pm. You can call us during store hours to say hi or leave a message on (02) 8591-7363. Head to our about page for more information.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
A: Regular shipping to Australia is free for all orders over $50. For orders under $50 regular shipping is $10. Express shipping is $15 to Australia.
For our New Zealand customers regular shipping is also free for all orders over $50. For orders under $50 regular shipping is $20. Express shipping is $29.
For our 'rest of world' customers shipping is free all orders over $100. For orders under $100 regular shipping is $25. Express shipping is $39.
A: The below estimates are correct, providing the product ordered is in stock and available to sell. We will notify you if there will be a delay in the shipment of your order.
All orders placed on Friday, will be sent the following Monday. BLAEK Store observes all national holidays. Please email email@example.com if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified times listed.
Please note, during periods of high traffic, order dispatch may take up to 2 business days.
Australian Delivery & Returns
Please allow regular delivery of 2-4 business days. If in NT or WA, we apologise but we cannot guarantee on time delivery.
International Delivery & Returns
International shipments may require 7-12 working days to arrive.
A: We happily accept returns/exchanges on full-priced products in their original condition and packaging (unworn/unwashed) with all labels and tags attached within 30 days of receipt.
A: Follow the two easy steps below!
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a printable return slip to attach to your item for pickup from your chosen location by a Sendle representative.
- Items received after the 30-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion.
A: We insure each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If your order is lost in transit you are 100% covered for a new item or refund.
