We have two recycling options for you to choose from the drop down menu.
1. Collect from my home
- Home pick up location and details are outline below
2. Ruby Lane Drop Off Point
- When you select this option you will be sent your Ruby Lane Rewards Coupon, this coupon is specific to you, including your name, reward expiry date and individual code. This coupon needs to be printed and handed in to Ruby Lane Staff when you drop off your collection.
- You can only drop off your collection once throughout the month
- Ruby Lane will not accept Textiles or Clothing.
- All other rewards can be redeemed by signing in and clicking the Impact Portal tab
Pick Up - NSW Upper North, Lower North Shore, and Northern Beaches.
For casual recycling outside of these areas choose the Anytime, Anywhere Option.
This is the option for the casual recyclers who want to book a pickup as a one-off. Maybe you want to test the waters, maybe you have commitment issues or maybe a one-off works best for you. Either way it will only cost you $25* for up to 2 shopping bags worth of recycling!
Our Impact Portal has exclusive discounts and rewards to all your favourite brands and local services each time you book in a collection (think cafe's, hairdressers and wellness clubs).
*any extra bags will be an extra $10 per bag
- Add 1 Extra Bag - Total amount $35 (Maximum 3 bags of recycling
- Add 2 Extra Bags - Total amount $45 (Maximum 4 bags of recycling)
Pick-Up Locations and Days:
*Collection day falls in the last week of the month and is subject to change, subscribers will be notified via email 24hrs before of exact day. Please see our FAQ's on our information page for an extensive list of pick-up suburbs.
Things to note:
- When checking out please enter your address details so we know where to collect your recycling from. Be sure to include any notes like "beware of vicious dog" etc etc
- Please select 'Ship' under the delivery section of the checkout.
- No shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
