Australia
Over $50 = FREE regular shipping
Under $50 = $10 regular shipping / $15 express shipping
New Zealand
Over $50 = FREE regular shipping
Under $50 = $20 regular shipping / $29 express shipping
Rest of World
Over $100 = FREE shipping
Under $100 = $25 regular shipping / $39 express shipping
DELIVERY & RETURNS TIMES
The below estimates are correct, providing the product ordered is in stock and available to sell. We will notify you if there will be a delay in the shipment of your order.
All orders placed on Friday, will be sent the following Monday. BLAEK Store observes all national holidays. Please email sales@blaekstore.com if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified times listed.
Please note, during periods of high traffic, order dispatch may take up to 2 business days.
Australian Delivery & Returns
Please allow regular delivery of 2-4 business days. If in NT or WA, we apologise but we cannot guarantee on time delivery.
International Delivery & Returns
International shipments may require 7-12 working days to arrive.
Taxes and import duties for your country are not included in the product cost or delivery fee. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these upon receipt. Please allow an extra couple of days, as your order may be caught in customs.
Please take the above as approximate time periods for delivery. We will do our best to ensure the above, however, sometimes things are out of our control. We appreciate your patience, and will do all in our power to assist with your delivery & returns.
Insurance
BLAEK Store insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Policy
We happily accept returns/exchanges on full-priced products in their original condition and packaging (unworn/unwashed) with all labels and tags attached within 30 days of receipt.
All sale purchases are final sales, and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason unless faulty.

How do I return an item?
- Contact us at sales@blaekstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a printable return slip to attach to your item for pickup from your chosen location by a Sendle representative.
- Items received after the 30-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion.
Be sure to email us before returning your item(s) please!
Particulars
Please note that any original garment tags, labels and hygiene stickers must remain attached, and any item returned that is soiled or damaged will be sent back to you at your own expense.
